15th till 16th of May 2006 PT Cantika Puspa
Pesona, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Martha
Tilaar Group, a franchisor of all franchisees
Martha Tilaar Salon and Day Spa held annually
program called Owner’s Gathering
and invite all franchisees from all over Indonesia.
The aim of this event is not only tighten up the relationship
between Martha Tilaar Group and its outlets but also
actualize service skill and business know how as well.
This event was attended by more than 30 participants.
 Owner’s
Gathering which was held at Martha Tilaar Group
head office presented useful materials to smoothen our
business and enhance the service quality of all Martha
Tilaar Salon and Day Spa franchisees.
The materials that were given such as spa industry presentation
globally, practical tips seminar to create a splendid
marketing and have a detailed discussion regarding national
standard spa in Indonesia which will be implemented
officially by the Indonesian government.
PT Cantika Puspa Pesona also presented
tips how to run the spa business efficiently and effectively
so that the franchise business of Martha Tilaar Salon
and Day Spa will be able to compete with competitor
from in or out of the country. Besides of that this
event is a moment for all franchisees to exchange and
share their ideas with the franchisor.

Martha Tilaar
Salon and Day spa was pioneered by Ms.Martha
Tilaar in 1970, started her business from
her father’s garage sized 4x6 meters. She proved
herself as a beauty pioneer by using herbal ingredients.

30 years Martha Tilaar Salon and Day Spa has
been expanding its business overseas, about 12 outlets
spread all over ASEAN countries and
next August 2006 will reach Moscow
Russia.
At present there are 40 Martha Tilaar Salon And Day
Spa spread all over in Indonesia, moreover we also
gain some rewards in international competition, one
of them is Crystal Award as The
Best Traditional Spa in Asia by Spa
Magazine in Bangkok in 2005.
In the same year Martha Tilaar Salon and Day Spa also
becomes one of the Indonesia Best Spa Award
